Not at all. The EF 12-Week System is designed to work wherever suits you — whether that's at home, a local gym, or a mix of both. During your application, we'll discuss your available equipment and build your plan around it. No intimidating gym environment required.
Injury prevention and joint safety are at the heart of everything we do. Our specialised eccentric tempo training places minimal stress on your joints, and the Form Safeguard video check-ins mean your coach is watching your movement every week to keep you safe. We'll also review your injury history at the application stage to ensure the programme is tailored appropriately for you.
Most clients train 3 times per week, with sessions typically lasting 45–60 minutes. Your plan is built around your schedule and lifestyle — not the other way around. Consistency over intensity is our guiding principle, so we design a routine that genuinely fits into your life.
Absolutely. The system is built for all experience levels — from complete beginners to those returning to exercise after a long break. Every movement is demonstrated via video in the app, and your coach provides personal feedback from week one. You'll never be left guessing what to do or whether you're doing it correctly.
No. We take a realistic, sustainable approach to nutrition — no elimination diets, no cutting out your favourite foods, and no calorie obsession. We focus on simple, high-protein habits that work alongside your normal life, support muscle retention, and keep your energy stable throughout the day.
It's a simple 3-step process. First, complete the 2-minute application form sharing your goals and background. Your coach will then personally review your application to confirm the system is the right fit. If approved, you'll receive an email to secure your spot and begin onboarding — usually within 48 hours.
Because your coach personally reviews every form video and provides individual feedback each week, the number of clients taken on at any one time is kept intentionally small. This is what makes EF Personal Training Systems a premium, high-touch service — and it's what gets results. We'd rather work closely with a small group than deliver a generic experience to hundreds.
